Challenges – The customer needed an ANFD hot water monitoring system in one of their manufacturing plant. The customer wanted to monitor the real time values and control the same along with 21 CFR PART 11 COMPLAINCES and Data Audit trail for future reference
Solution – We provided the customer with one of the leading SCADA software WINCC which was integrated with the existing PLC and HMI .The data was collected and was displayed in Remote locations. The project fulfilled all of the customer needs which includes Real time data monitoring, Graphical representation of data, 21 CFR PART 11 COMPLAINCES and data storage for future references.
Biocon
Biocon Limited is an Indian biopharmaceutical company that is based in Bangalore, India. The company manufactures generic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) that are sold in over 120 countries across the globe.
Challenges – The customer had a requirement of a chiller control system .The chiller was used to control the temperature flow to the Reactors where different Medicines are being made .The customer wanted to control set the parameters in the field as well as wanted to Remotely monitor the values.
Solution – We provided the customer with a PLC HMI system .The PLC was being used to control the chiller parameters and Hmi was used to Set parameters in the field .Through the PLC HMI the user was able to control the chiller parameters and for remote monitoring we integrated the data from the PLC to that of the existing SCADA system through which customer was able to remotely monitor the data.

BiOZEEN is an India based robust automated bioprocess technologies Manufacturer. The company enable biopharmaceutical industry manufacture regulatory compliant and economically competitive vaccines and biological.
Challenges – The customer manufactured Vaccine Manufacturing units that are being shipped to different countries. The requirement was that they need to monitor and control the process temperature and the chiller parameters from remote locations
Solution – We provided the customer with an IIoT eXware 703. We programmed the IIoT to control the Chiller operation, temperature parameters, monitoring error status and running status. Using Corvina cloud the customer was able to Control the chiller and chiller parameters from remote locations.
